The official symposium languages are Macedonian and English.

Presentations made in electronic format (PowerPoint) should be prepared in English.

Information for Oral Presenters

Each presenter will have a time slot of 15 minutes. You are invited to speak for about 10 minutes and allow 5 minutes for questions from the auditorium. 

Prepared PowerPoint presentations should be uploaded at your personal account on https://www.conftool.pro/isaf2025 by 11 am on 7th of October, or bring an additional copy of your presentation with you to Ohrid (USB stick and/or send it to your personal email address). Save the file under a name that includes the session title and your last name, according to the following format e.g. Apiculture_Tsigkou.

Make sure that your PowerPoint presentation is in 16:9 format (1,920 x 1,080 pixels). Videos must be embedded in PowerPoint. Do not use links to web services in your presentations.

Information for Poster Presenters

Recommended poster dimension is A0 format (84 x 119 cm). We also recommend one complete sheet, rather than small multiple sheets. At the top of the poster, include the title, author name(s) and affiliations (organization, city, country). We suggest the poster to have title letters at least 2.5 cm (1 inch) high. Lettering for the author’s information (name and affiliations) may be smaller (1.25 cm or 0.5 inch).

On registration, you will be provided with the location of your poster board and adhesive material for attaching your poster. Please do not use any other method of attaching your poster to the boards.

All posters are to be removed by the end of the session. Remaining posters after this time will be removed by the organization without the possibility of recovery.
