The following table presents the fees for registering as an Attendee and/or Accompanying Person at ISAF 2025.

The registration fee of 100 and 120 Euros includes Symposium materials, Book of Abstracts, Coffee Breaks and official gala dinner. The registration fee of 50 EUR includes Symposium materials, Book of Abstracts and Coffee Breaks. The registration fee of 60 Euros includes an official gala dinner. In order the papers to be published, at least one of the authors should have paid a registration fee. Please note that up to two reviewed and accepted papers per registered person as a first author can be published in the Proceedings from the 5th International Symposium for Agriculture and Food.

REGISTRATION PROCEDURE

For registration you need to create your profile at ConfTool Pro, where you will gain the access when submitting your abstract  at https://isaf2025.isaf.edu.mk/ or you can setup at  https://www.conftool.pro/isaf2025.

The registration fee can be paid during registering through ISAF 2025 Online Registration System, or at the venue of Symposium, but not later than October 10, 2025. Please use the option “OUR” for bank charges, otherwise the organizer will not receive the full amount.
